From the list of menus click "Reports" as shown on the figure below.
From the list of menu click on "planning" then "activities" as shown on the figure below.

Fill in the required details and click "Create" to save as shown on the figure below.

The activity will be already created and added on the list of activities.
1.1.2 Update Activity
From the list of activities click on the intended one. Upon successfully open the existing activity user can update and delete the activity as shown on the figure below.

1.2. Indicators.
1.2.1 Creating Indicator
From the list of activities click the intended one or click "eye" like symbol to open it. See figure below.

Click on the button indicator to add new indicator to the activity as shown on the figure below.

Fill in the required details as shown below then click "Create" to save.

1.2.2. Updating Indicator
From the list of indicators user can click on the intended one to open, Upon successfully opening the indicator user can update, delete or add target to the indicator. See figure below.

1.3 Target
1.3.1 Creating target
From the list of Indicators click the button "Target" to create the new target for indicator.

Fill in the required details then click "Create" to save.

2. Project
Upon successfull creating the planning activities user can create the project.
2.1 Creating project
From the list of manuals click on "Projects" as shown on the figure below.

On the list of project click on the button "" to create the new project.

Fill in the required details and click "" to save.

User can update the created project by clicking "Update" edit the required details then save.

2.2 Add activity to Project
Open the intended project and click the button "Add Activity" to add activity to the project.

On the popup window with the form select the associated activity, fill in the rest of required details, then click "Save"

2.3 Task
User can add the task that will be done in the project activity. From the list of activities in the project click the intended one then click "Task" as shown below.

Tabs - from the list of tab click on the intended tab based on Revenue, Products, Stage Status of the process, Document, Tasks etc.
Specification - Users can narrow down search results to a specific identified item. ie. time frame.
